Our children are Zen masters. They challenge us in ways we never expected and to meet their emotional needs we need to be self-aware and present. Facilitated by Dr Adrienne Brown, mother of two and perinatal psychologist, these courses support you to develop confidence in your parenting and strengthen family bonds.
At times all parents feel lost or without a clue about what our child might need from us. Imagine what it might feel like if you were able to make sense of what your child was really asking from you. The Circle of Security® Parenting™ program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened.
The Circle of Security Parenting Program will support you to:
- Understand your child’s needs
- Discuss feelings with your child
- Tune into your child’s shifting needs
- Monitor your own vulnerabilities
- Notice times when you find it difficult to meet your child’s needs
- Manage behavioural difficulties
