Our antenatal classes are designed around three key areas; awareness, allowing and communication. We introduce a variety of mindfulness techniques that will assist you to cope with common challenges of pregnancy, childbirth and parenting, such as fatigue, anxiety, fear and pain. We also support you to develop your own mindfulness practice to gain maximum reward from pregnancy and childbirth. The skills learned will assist you well beyond the birth of your baby!
